Tonight was one of those nights where I ask myself the question "Why am I in the restaurant business?" Depending on my mood the answer always varies. Sometimes it is "Because I love making people happy." Sometimes it's "Because it's never boring!" But tonight the answer was "Because I have lost my damn mind and I am a complete idiot."
